• Unopened packages may be refunded within 24 hours of delivery.   The seal must be fully intact and the product unused. Once the package is opened, refunds are no longer eligible.

• Incorrect sizing is not eligible for refunds.   Measuring your nail sizes accurately is essential for a proper fit and long wear. CSG is not responsible for refunds or replacements due to incorrect measurements provided at checkout.

• Custom and made‑to‑order sets are non‑refundable.   These designs are created specifically for you and cannot be restocked.

Standard Shipping Price: $6.50

Each CSG press‑on nail set is hand‑crafted and made to order, created individually with care from the moment your purchase is confirmed. Because of this artisan process, orders require up to two weeks from the date of purchase to arrive. This timeframe includes both production and transit.

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is officially in their care. CSG is not responsible for delays, rerouting, or delivery issues caused by the shipping company, weather conditions, or other external factors outside our control.
